I love stuff like this, because it highlights the big differentiator between Lotus Notes and it’s competitors… line-of-business applications. E-mail is a mission-critical solution, but no matter how cost-effective you make it, it is a cost to a business. Applications however have the potential to reduce costs, improve efficiency and increase revenue.
